How Does The Coaching Process Work?First things, first! We need to get to know each other a little better before we embark on our journey. So, the first step is a Discovery Call, just you and me, chatting about your goals and your vision for the future. When you book a call, you will be asked to complete a brief discovery form. From here, Discovery Calls can last up to 30 minutes, but we’ll cover a lot in that short amount of time. In this 30-minute session, you can ask me anything! You can ask questions about me, about my background, questions about your goals, it’s all fair game. The main purpose of this session is to discover what you hope to achieve, and to establish if we are a great fit for each other. I don't charge for the initial conversation, and there is no obligation to you. Above all, I want to make sure we are the perfect fit, and that we can have a mutually beneficial relationship together. In order words: We both need to walk away from the call as "OH BABY" - we can make stuff happen! Once we both agree to the "OH BABY", I'll send over a coaching agreement. When I receive it back, we will schedule our first coaching session. And that’s how it’s done!

What Does Coaching Require From You?It all boils down to three simple things. Your desire to change. Your ability to be true to yourself. AND Your belief that change is possible. That's it. And I’ll take it from there.

Is Coaching With Me The Right Decision For You?Coaching may not be the right decision for everyone, but it sure can make a difference in your confidence, your decision-making, your interpersonal relationships . . . and well, pretty much every other aspect of your personal and professional life. So, let me ask you. Do you want to: ~ Feel confident in your choices and in your life? ~ Have a better and stronger Mindset? ~ Feel more than good enough, even when you’re inconsistent, or change your mind? (Yes, this is a thing! Shock, horror, what????!) ~ Follow the wandering crumbs of your curiosity? ~ Dress, speak, run your business, all the things, however the hell you want to? ~ Have outrageous success while prioritizing joy, rest, self-care, and love? ~ Take up space as perfectly imperfect YOU, shedding your fear of visibility AND not giving a damn about other peoples’ opinions? ~ Know what you want, and more importantly, how to ASK for (and get) what you want? Then head this way! I’ve got a lot of amazing things planned for you.

When Is Coaching With Me NOT Right For You?You want someone else to provide you with the “answer”. You want an accountability partner. This creates codependency, which isn't my thing. You are not prepared to be open minded about the way you think.

How Much Does It Cost? That is a super tricky question to answer, and just like many things in life, it is completely dependent on each individual. Some people have a lot of things to work on, while others are just coming to me to work on one particular weakness, or to improve in one specific area. The best thing about coaching is that I tailor my coaching strategies to address the concerns of each client, and my number one priority is to help you push past limitations and achieve your greatest goals. Remember the “OH BABY” moment? With that being said, I offer a variety of payment options depending on your needs, including a monthly payment plan, a one-off session fee, or the option to pay in full at any time.

What Is The Difference Between A Coach And A Consultant? Both a coach and a consultant are focused on helping you solve problems in your business. The difference is in their approach. A business coach takes the approach of improving you as the leader of your business. ~ Business coaches find solutions by asking, not telling. ~ Coaching can help turn an entrepreneur into a great leader. It’s true, some people are born leaders. But the rest of us diligently work at it, and a coach helps brings out your best while leading you on a journey of self-discovery. A business consultant takes a more specialized hands-on approach, providing specific solutions for your business itself. ~Business consultant is more like a "sleeves-rolled-up" subject matter expert. ~ Consulting provides that much-needed expertise, assistance, and strategic direction that focuses on business performance and productivity. Both coaching and consulting have their place in the world of business. But to be a great leader, you need a great coach.
